retribution?

That day was just telling my friend no pt in working so late and should knock off on time.
Today, one of my colleague was telling me I shd not knock off so EARLY EVERYDAY (note: I go off at 6 SHARP so it is on time and I reach on time.) cos my div manager dun like ppl to knock off on time. And he also told me I should not sit in pantry read papers for too long, way past lunch time.

OK point 2 I agreed. But then pt 1... WAH only stay back late = hardworking ??? I totally dun agree! As long the work gets done, why bother work early or late?
